The No Laying Up squad and I got tasked with embedding with the U.S. team to capture a behind-the-scenes peek into the preparation, camaraderie, and competition of the 49th Walker Cup.
Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the first playing of the Walker Cup at St. Andrews, capturing the essence of the event at such an iconic venue was truly a special opportunity.
Behind the Scenes.
Capturing the breadth of this competition with a limited crew presented a number of challenges, but we were able to strategically highlight the history of this event, this unique collection of world-class golfers, and the birdies and bogeys of all 26 matches.
With filming wrapped, we’re deep in editing to present what will be an unprecedented look into the most prestigious golf competition in amateur golf.
