Purpose.
Fueling employee morale and a sense of purpose has unique challenges at a company as sprawling as Republic Services. Departments, while significantly interconnected, often feel entrenched and unaware of how essential their contributions to the operations of the company really are.
Video has a unique opportunity to shine a light on each department and use story to highlight the contribution each employee makes to the entire organization.
Core Tenets.
In partnership with LOCAL agency and Retro 8 Films, we executed an internal video campaign to highlight departments within Republic Services to unveil how essential each piece of the puzzle is.
We interwove the core tenets of Republic Service into each deliverable to emphasize how individual contribution makes a meaningful impact on the business. This campaign is actively helping strengthen morale, purpose, and ultimately employee retention for Republic.
